A Casper man appeared in court Thursday to face charges alleging he sexually abused a 10-year-old over a period of months. Stefan Voltaire, 37, is facing 11 felony counts in the case. He has already admitted to some of the allegations, prosecutor Trevor Schenk said in Natrona County Circuit Court. When given the opportunity to speak, Voltaire declined.
